Providing a cosy retreat for your four-legged friends

Welcome to Pike’s Paws, a peaceful countryside retreat for small and medium‑sized dogs. Based at Oak Tree Cottage between Huntingfield and Cratfield, we offer a warm, family‑home environment where dogs can relax, explore and feel completely at ease. Over the past 35 years we have provided a loving home to a mixture of older dogs who are difficult to re-home and younger dogs who needed that little extra care. All of your dog’s comfort and wellbeing are always at the heart of what we do.

Our 17th‑century cottage sits in an elevated position overlooking a wildflower meadow and rolling farmland. Inside, dogs can curl up by the Aga, snooze in cosy beds, find a favourite chair or potter around the house as part of our family. Outside, they can enjoy our secure paddock, three acres of organic small holding and peaceful walks through meadows and along the stream.
